This document outlines the General Terms for using the Mooblix eSIM marketplace and services. It explains that Mooblix acts as an aggregator of global connectivity, and your use is conditional upon accepting these terms, our Terms of Use for our Services, and our Policies (including Privacy, Cookie, and Refund). These terms cover intellectual property, liability limitations (capped at $100.00 USD), and your agreement to waive class action rights. All disputes are governed by the laws of the United States.
Mooblix General Terms
Mooblix is on a mission to provide global data connectivity for all travelers. We provide our Platform and Services under the entity Mooblix, headquartered at 355 George St Ste 4 New Brunswick, NJ 08901. We operate as an aggregator and marketplace of connectivity services. In other words: we find the best providers of data connectivity services for every country or region, and we make their services available to our customers via our Mooblix marketplace. This is how we are able to provide eSIMs to keep you connected in more than 200 countries worldwide.
Before using our Services (e-SIMs and associated support services provided by us) or Platform (our website, pages managed by Mooblix and hosted on social media platforms, and our app), we ask that you read the applicable terms and policies.
Our Terms
The following documents (collectively referred to as our “Terms”) apply to your use of Mooblix:

The “Terms of Use of our Services” will apply where you are a user of our Services.
If a third party (like your employer or a Mooblix partner) provided you with access to our Services, the “Terms of Use for our Services” still apply, but should be read alongside your agreement with that third party. Note that you may be subject to different support, pricing, payment, and refund processes. We are not responsible for the actions or agreements of any third party.
Our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy will apply whenever we collect your personal information.
Our Acceptable Use Policy and Refund Policy will apply every time you use our Services.
Your use of our Services and Platform is conditional on your acceptance of our Terms. If you don’t accept or can’t comply with these Terms, you must not access or use our Services or Platform. You agree to these Terms by using our Platform or Services, or by browsing content, signing up, or using our app.
Updates to Terms
We may update our Terms from time to time. We’ll do our best to notify you if the changes are material. Any change will become effective as of its date of publication. If you no longer wish to accept our Terms, you must stop using our Services or Platform after the updated Terms are published.
Third Parties
To the extent that our Services or Platform include links to—or are hosted on—a third-party website or social media platform (like our payment providers, Facebook, or Instagram), and there are separate terms of use for those sites, you agree to comply with those terms in addition to these Terms.
Sharing Information with Mooblix
Your privacy is important to us. Personal data we collect about you while you use our Services or Platform will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in our Platform and Services are owned by or licensed to Mooblix. This includes copyright (in our software), trademarks, know-how, trade secrets, and the design, compilation, and look and feel of our Platform (together, the “intellectual property rights”). In using our Platform and Services, you agree to do so only for their intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms.
We value your feedback on our Services and Platform. If you provide us with feedback, we may choose to incorporate it. You confirm that you will not have any intellectual property rights or be due any compensation in relation to such feedback.
Liability and Legal Terms
Disclaimer of Liability
EXCEPT WHERE RESTRICTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE TO YOU FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we will be responsible for your foreseeable loss and damage, and our and our affiliates’ total aggregate liability to you in any circumstances is limited to the total amount of USD 100.00 (ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS).
OUR SERVICES AND PLATFORM ARE PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THEY WILL BE AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES, NOR THE QUALITY OF THE UNDERLYING CONNECTIONS AND NETWORKS. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied conditions, warranties, representations, or other terms that may apply to the provision of our Services and website.
To the extent permitted by law, you will indemnify us and our directors, officers, employees, and contractors for any third-party legal proceedings (including actions by government authorities) arising out of or relating to your unlawful use of our Services or violation of these Terms.
Governing Law and Courts
Regardless of the country from which you access our Services or Platform, these Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver
You agree to waive the right to participate as a plaintiff or as a class member in a class action proceeding. Any proceedings to resolve disputes must be conducted on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
Enforcement of Terms
If there’s any part of these terms that either you or we are legally unable to enforce, that part will be ignored to the extent that it is unenforceable, but everything else will remain fully enforceable.
